Luca Garella is a highly experienced Senior Executive with a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in the financial sector. His diverse roles, including CFO, COO, and Country Executive, have covered strategic planning, restructuring, risk management, and financial structuring.

Luca has held key leadership positions in renowned financial institutions, making significant contributions to major transactions in the Italian market. Notably, he played a crucial role in successfully restructuring and integrating ABN AMRO Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland in Italy.

As Branch and Country Manager at The Royal Bank of Scotland in Italy, Luca streamlined operations and improved performance. Later, as Chief Operating Officer for Western Europe of the National Westminster Bank, he simplified the business model and ensured compliance with UK Ringfencing Rules. Luca's expertise also proved valuable during the Brexit transition, where he secured essential local banking licenses across Europe.

In recent roles, Luca has managed global Credit Portfolio Management at NatWest Markets in London and led cost restructuring efforts for NatWest Group. Currently he is the appointed Chairman of Ital Brokers and serves on the board of Duferco Italia Holding.
