JUNIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM

The JMT advises the Board of Directors. It's a forum of specialists from various areas within Ital Brokers. It mirrors the Main Board but includes colleagues under 35. Cohorts serve a year, bridging colleagues and leaders to bring fresh perspectives and ensure young voices are heard.
